You will get an answer through their official mail in which they will assert their decision that you are selected to study there or not . If they select you ; you should prepare for applying Visa .
Proof of solvency :
You have to show your financial solvency proof to your University at the time of your visa application . If a student wants to study in a foreign country; almost all of the Embassies of the world want to know if the student have the ability to bear the expenses of living ,providing University fee or accommodation cost . University fee ,accommodation cost and various other expenses are different in different countries .Some University take semester fee in advance . Some country requires health insurance mandatorily if you want to study there or just want to go there for any other reason . Foreign Universities often prefer good score in GRE , SAT or GMAT rather than IELTS so if you can achieve a good score in those exam your chance will increase .

Besides all, Most of the private and public Universities give half or one third waiver or scholarship to the meritorious foreign students.
