You should eat fruits daily. Include watermelon, cantaloupe, apples, pineapples, pears, guavas, guavas, pomelos, honeydew, cucumbers, and carrots in your daily diet. Instead of opting for other snacks during breaks, you can satisfy your hunger with water, fruits, or fruit juices. Fruits and fruit juices can fulfill your water needs while providing various nutrients. However, ensure that fruit juices or other beverages do not contain added sugar. Homemade drinks are always healthier. Even those who spend time in air-conditioned rooms should make sure to consume adequate water and fluids.

How to Keep Your Skin Clean:
1. Cucumber and Yogurt Mask: Mix 2 teaspoons of cucumber juice with 1 teaspoon of sour yogurt, 1 teaspoon of besan (gram flour), and 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply this mask to your skin and leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing off with water. Using this once a week will help reduce blemishes and make your skin vibrant.
2. Sandalwood Pack: Add enough liquid milk to sandalwood powder to make a thick paste. Applying this pack once a week will gradually reduce wrinkles.
3. Milk and Lentil Pack: Take 1 tablespoon of powdered milk and mix it with an equal amount of water. Add 1 tablespoon of lentil flour (mung  bean), 2 tablespoons of coconut water, and half a teaspoon of honey. Apply the mixture and leave it on for 20 minutes. 2. Besan and Milk Pack: Mix 1 tablespoon of besan (gram flour) with 4-5 teaspoons of raw milk and 2 teaspoons of honey to make a thick paste. Apply the mixture to your face. After 20-25 minutes, use lukewarm water to gently massage the paste off in a circular motion, then rinse with water. This will also gradually reduce sunburn.
